I would like to report a serious issue in the game.

 

I was only one match away from reaching FC Champion, but at that crucial moment, the game suddenly displayed a “Resource Download Error,” which prevented me from playing properly. Because of this issue, I lost my promotion chance to FC Champion and was also given a loss for the match.

 

This is not a minor problem. Issues like this severely affect the player experience, especially during important promotion matches, causing significant frustration and disappointment. I believe I am not the only player experiencing this problem, as many others are facing the same issue as well.

 

I sincerely hope the team will take this matter seriously, investigate the cause, and fix the issue as soon as possible to prevent it from happening again in the future. I also hope affected players can receive fair compensation or proper handling for the losses caused by this error.
