Hello, I wanted to exchange my 113+ level players for Phase 2 tokens, which would have been 200, but I didn't get them.

Hi, sorry about that. Please fully close and reopen FC Mobile first, then check your token balance again. Also double-check the exact exchange you used. Please contact Support team and include a screenshot of the exchange, your token total, your platform, and the approximate time it happened.
