Extra Time Event Error – Bug Ongoing for Over 1 Year
Hello EA Support and FC Mobile Community,
I have been experiencing a serious issue in FC Mobile for over a year now. Every time I try to access the **Extra Time** event, I receive this error message:
> "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later."
This happens **every single time**, and it makes it impossible for me to participate in that event. The issue has persisted for over 12 months, despite all of the following:
- Reinstalling the app
- Changing networks (Wi-Fi / mobile data)
- Trying different devices
- Clearing cache and app data
- Switching the language to English
- Logging out and back into my EA account
I even created a **new EA account** and tested it on the same device — and the event worked fine. This proves that the problem is **account-specific**, not device- or network-related.
It seems like my Extra Time event progress is glitched or corrupted, and I cannot claim any rewards or open the event at all.
📌 Please escalate this issue to the technical team and help me either:
- Reset the Extra Time event data on my account
- Or fix the bug so I can finally access the event like everyone else
I really enjoy FC Mobile and want to continue playing fairly.
