FC Mobile Commentary Freeze and Glitch

​"Hello EA Support,

My account is stuck in a matchmaking server loop. Whenever I try to find a match (including Manager Mode), it says 'Failed to find players'. A few minutes later, I get a message saying 'Match ended against player X'.

I have already cleared the app cache, reinstalled the game, and waited for more than 24 hours, but the issue is still there. Please reset my account session from your end to fix this glitch. Thank you

."

    Hi, thanks for the report about the trouble you experienced with the game. To help investigate further, can you share:

    Your device model
    OS version
    Your region/country
    ISP/mobile provider
    and whether you’re using Wi-Fi or mobile data?
