Footyverse chapter 111 player reward not opening

I am unable to claim the 111 player from the supply depot. I have already claimed all available rewards and possess sufficient Footverse points, yet the system is preventing me from acquiring the 111 player.

Force close the app, if you are on android clear your game cache, restart the device - see if that helps 

footyverse supply depot reward 108to111 players not claimed. Why is the last reward 111 not even being given?

I also have that bug, how can I fix it?

Hello,
In the Footyverse event, in the Supply Depot tab, all the rewards show as collected. However, the Footyverse Player 111 pack remains locked and says it will only unlock after collecting all rewards.
All the rewards have already been collected, and I also have the 3,500 tokens required to unlock it.
Could you please check this issue and unlock the reward for me?

Is the option greyed out? Are you able to click on it or does it not react when you select it? It might also help to get a visual on things. Could you share a screenshot or clip of what you're seeing when you try?
