Footyverse chapter 111 player reward not opening

Footyverse free 111 is not opening

My account is experiencing a Footyverse event bug. There's a bug in the Footyverse event in the inventory section. I was able to complete it even though the EA game system has already completed it. Please fix that section. I've already completed it. If I'm not mistaken, there's a signal issue where I'm experiencing issues, so it might count as completing everything, even though I remember there was only one remaining claim for the 111-rated player prize. There's no claim written in blue. Please help me fix this.

I can't claim the main prize which is overall player 111, I already have 3,500 tokens and still can't, when I press "claim" a notification appears that the internet is "experiencing problems.Please try again later".I hope EA sports will address this issue as it is quite annoying for other users. Thank you for reading my message.

Cant claim rewards despite having more than 3500 tokens and claimed all other rewards.

I’m experiencing the same issue and it’s frustrating 

I’m unable to spend my 3500 footyverse tokens on the supply depot page ? after unlocking all the rewards it’s closed on my page and i haven’t claimed it,

I have 3500+ token now but i can't claim the 111 player reward because it still locked and it says "Unlock after claiming all rewards" even though i've already claimed it all. Also additional bug, when i claimed the 108-111 player pack, the game crashed and i didn't get the player but the pack already ticked, means i can't claim it.
