Getting an error code: 0x00000001

I receive error code 0x00000001 when logging in on this device.

My account works normally on another device.

It appears that this device or its IP has been blocked.

I did not use cheats or third-party tools.

Please review and remove the restriction if possible.

EA_Barry's advice is correct, if you're dealing with a ban, you'll need to follow the appeal process in the guide he linked.

However, this might not be a ban you're dealing with. When I translate the text in the image you shared, it says "Login Failed." Is that a correct translation? If so, it might simply be a technical issue.

Could you give these steps a try and let us know if it helped solve that error message?

Double-check that the time, date, and region on your device are set correctly.

If you changed your region, make sure your account is linked, and then try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
