My FC Mobile account has recently been suspended, and I am seeing the message “Suspended Account [0x00102710] – banned for hours” without showing the actual ban duration. The account has been unable to log in for over 2 days now.
Account name / Email: mohmmadryalat87
Device: Android
Issue: The game only displays “for hours” with no number, so I cannot know whether the suspension is temporary or permanent.
I kindly request clarification regarding:
1. Whether the suspension is temporary or permanent.
2. The exact duration of the ban (if temporary).
3. Whether there is any further action required from my side.
I appreciate your help and would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I'm sorry about this. I'm not sure why the ban is still in place, and I wish I could look into this for you, but we can't investigate ban appeals through the EA forums.
Our Terms of Service team can. There are certain steps for mobile players to send in an appeal. Could you double-check if these were the steps you followed to send in your ban appeal case?
If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.
- Open the webform.
- Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
- Select Submit.
- Then select Email us.
Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
