I purchased the first time the pass and it worked the second time i went to buy the 112-113 ballon d’or pack so it got paid but the game crashed .
the money was taken but i didn’t receive the pack .

Hello, I purchased the star pass in Fc mobile using iTunes (payment processed trough Paycell) The amount was chargedand ican see thee transaction bothin iTunes and Paycell, but the star pass has not appeared in my game. Could you please check my account and activate the star pass, or advise what I sould the next.
