I didn’t receive the pack after purchase

Hello, I purchased the star pass in Fc mobile using iTunes (payment processed trough Paycell) The amount was chargedand ican see thee transaction bothin iTunes and Paycell, but the star pass has not appeared in my game. Could you please check my account and activate the star pass, or advise what I sould the next. 

I've bought a Rp. 65.000 Ballon d Or Pack. And then after finished for payment, the screen freezing. 

So i restart the apps, and then the package that has been bought never show up again. 

C'mon EA Sport fix this. Where is my package now? 

Same for me but the lesser pack value on week 1. never got it, just went on loop with EA "doesn't help" Help

So, today (20-10-2025) I purchased a Ballon dor  pack in the store for ₹999. But, the payment was successful but I didn't receive the pack. My ₹999 is lost?. Please resolve this problem soon or refund the money appropriately..

I just now bought a pack directly from the store inside fc mobile and it removed the money but i didnt receive the pack (10+1 bdor pack)

I bought it again and got it but it charged me for 2 even tho its supposed to charge me for one.
