In app purchase bug

I am experiencing an issue with in-game purchases in EA FC Mobile on Android.

Whenever I try to buy anything, an error appears immediately and the Google Play payment window does not open at all.

Error message shown in game:

“Purchase Failed – Sorry, the transaction was not successful. Please login to your application store account and try again.”

Support Message: 20005 | Wbe9BQxuQ2WafQ0q4F5htA

This happens with every purchase (FC Points, packs, offers). Google Play payments work correctly in other apps.
