iPhone 17 Pro – 2–3 second black screen after every goal in VS Attack

Device Information

• Device: iPhone 17 Pro
• iOS: 26.5.2
• Game: EA SPORTS FC Mobile (latest version)
• Game Mode: VS Attack, H2H

Description

I’m not sure when exactly this issue started since i wasnt playing cor a while, every time a goal is scored in VS Attack, the screen turns completely black for approximately 2–3 seconds.

The game does not freeze. The match continues running in the background. When the picture returns, the next chance has already started, meaning valuable time is lost during the black screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open FC Mobile.
2. Start a VS Attack match.
3. Score a goal.
4. Observe the display immediately after the goal.

Expected Result

The normal goal transition should appear without interruption.

Actual Result

The display goes completely black for 2–3 seconds after every goal while gameplay continues in the background.

Frequency

100% reproducible.
It happens after every goal.

Troubleshooting Already Performed

• Deleted and reinstalled the game.
• Restarted the iPhone.
• Tested different graphics settings.
• Tested default/recommended graphics settings.
• Issue persists after a clean reinstall.

Additional Notes

This issue did not occur previously on the same device. It appears to have started after a recent FC Mobile update.
