[Known issue] Weekly Quest Bug - Weekend Challenge Not Registering

Hello EA Sports Support Team,

I am reporting an issue with missing rewards in FC Mobile.

I am currently missing:

- 20 Festive Fixtures Shards

- 200 Rank Up Points

I have checked my inventory, but these rewards have not been credited as expected from the Festive Fixtures event.

Please help investigate and restore the missing items.

I am experiencing the same symptoms. I would like to help. 

I'm the same. Please help me with this thread. 

As I said, I have asked EA and repeated my question not so long ago, had no response yet, which means they don't have one to share with the community, even mods.
Whether the quest is still bugged, we will find out on the weekend.
But I agree that the compensation should be given, as many of us have accounted for these shards/rankups in the plans with this event, and they did it for week two, it's only logical. As soon as I hear anything, I'll update the solution post, unless EA staff gets an update beforehand.

I haven't received the reward for the last week's Weekly quest i.e 200 rank up tokens and reward for one of the completion task 20 festive fixtures shards. 

I thought it would be awarded by the end of the week like last time you gave. But today I didn't receive any rewards for the last weekly quest I have completed.

Kindly look for that and solve the issue.

Got gift for week 2 but didn't get any gift for week 3 dzrtr​ EA should announce the quest invalid or it could remove the quest. Why kept a bugged portion

Same issue this week. The issue has not been fixed ? 

I may be late about this, because i thought it will be like last week where they gave us the reward at the end of the week/compensation. Now i wasted my time to do quests for basically nothing, the main problem lies in 1 mission to do the weekend challenge, it doesnt record the progress, I literally finishes both saturday and sunday weekend challenges.
