Sorry to hear that you haven't received the points you purchased.

Have you restarted your game since purchasing the points? It might take a day for the purchase to be processed and the points to be deposited. 

If it's been more than a day and the points are still missing, you'll need to contact live support and have them take a look with you. To get in touch with support, scroll to the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page and answer the NextStep bot's questions as prompted to be redirected to support.
