Nightmare to Gain signature card reward from black Friday

Very sadly reporting the big bug related black Friday.

It gives me 113 rated players at reward after reaching 40 counts. It should give 115 signature. Why my fc points wasted for 113 card. Please fix this bug. 4000 fc points for 113 card. Is this bug or scam Friday.
