• Player ID (Select the setting icon > UID):
• Which game modes are locked (please list all that should be unlocked)?
• Have you completed and claimed each node in the related quest? 
• What Device (make/model) are you using?
• If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
• Do you have any device or app updates pending?

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

So basically, after 2 weeks its still stuck here!

i dont know whats the point of playing of this game now...i've already lost so many starpass point ..event points.

At this point im thinking that EAFC doesnt even care of their users... How can you guys still did not solve this are beyond my imagination! Im pretty sure you guys not gonna give us any compensation for this stupid error. We already loss so many events points and Starpass level are still 0. Hah!

I can't complete my tutorial quest too. As it is only showing 5 out of the 6 which is required to be complete. Below is the screenshot of it.

I have completed the kick off campaign completely but division rivals tab is still locked. I have not played Vs attacks since launch and I can only play H2H or manager mode by using the go button on daily quests .
