Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016)

Hello,

When I play a match, I face many problems during the game, and this affects my division, such as game freezing or severe lag. So, I am asking Electronic Arts to solve this problem for me. My device supports medium graphics and standard frame rate (30 frames). I hope to play at least at a frame rate of 25-30, and I have also set all settings to the lowest. I hope you accept my request even though the device is old.

    Hi there, Thanks for sharing your device details. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) is an older device, so even if the game can run, stable performance may not be guaranteed.

    Please try using the lowest graphics settings, closing background apps, freeing up storage, and checking your connection and any remaining updates. If freezing or lag continues, the device may no longer be able to run FC Mobile smoothly on the current version.
