Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]

I cabi cant log in my account, Even though I have registered my ea account in the game and i can't redeem any code, everytime I try to redeem it tells me that i have a ban/suspension And i don't know why i even get banned because i play this game fairly and equal and i don't know what to do please assist ne with this issue

Hey ea my fc mobile account got banned for no reason I'm getting frustrated with it.Its been a week since that suspension.please fix it as fast as possible.I can't wait for more.

I did what you said, now all I have to do is wait. I wrote an EA protocol and I didn't break any rules. Everything is fine. I think my FC account will be returned:)

I played to complete the event and beat the bots with a score of 12-0, but after the match, I received a notification about an anomalous match. I thought it was just a bug and nothing would happen, but then a second notification appeared, stating that my account had been banned indefinitely. I was shocked, even though I hadn't cheated at all.

I have already submitted an appeal through this method but haven't received a reply yet. As a dedicated FC Mobile fan, I don't want to miss any new events, especially since I'm a Premier League fan, and the game has updated with the Premier League Icons event this week. If possible, I'd really like to get back to enjoying FC Mobile as soon as possible. I sincerely hope the EA team can reply at their earliest convenience. Thank you.
