Unable to matchmaking using Wi-Fi or Routers data
While using my Wi-Fi data I cannot play multiplayer matches , it say matchmaking failed.while using ISP data it’s starts . Please my problem.

Community ManagerHey there! If matchmaking works on mobile data but fails on Wi-Fi, it could be something with your home network/router settings. Try these checks in order:
- Turn off VPN / Private DNS / Ad-blockers etc.
- Forget the Wi-Fi network and reconnect.
- Restart the phone
- Restart your router (power off 30 seconds, then on).
- Switch Wi-Fi band: try 5GHz instead of 2.4GHz (or move closer to the router).
- Change DNS/Toggle IPv6 (common cause):
- Enable UPnP (if your router has it)
- Check router security filters.
