142+ Packs Zero Rewards. Is Luck 'Rigged' in TOTS & Icons Chronicles?

I have opened over 142 packs (92 from Icons Chronicles and 50 from TOTS), but the rewards are consistently ZERO. This is not just about my account; I believe many other players are complaining about the same issue. It feels like the drop rates are broken or 'rigged' against us. Please investigate this technical failure immediately and fix the rewards system for everyone.

    Are you saying that you did not get a single card or just didn't get Pool B (and walkouts)?
    I am intrigued because you should see at least 5 walkouts for TOTS pool B players with 50 pulls. You also should see 9 walkouts for Chronicles Pool B players. I gotta point out that neither of the drafts has reached their Pity counter of 70 for TOTS and 100 for the past Chronicles event, so you didn't reach the guaranteed pool A player yet.
    Are you able to share what cards you have been given to date? (screenies or screen vid capture), It will be needed if this is to be investigated.

    "Thanks for the reply. However, 142 packs with ZERO walkouts or event items is statistically impossible if the odds are working correctly. This feels like a 'Drop Rate' technical failure on my specific account. If you can't check it here, please escalate this to the technical team or tell me where I can submit a formal technical ticket. My goal is to report a bug, not just complain about luck."

    Hi there,
    Opening multiple packs doesn’t guarantee a specific player, OVR, walkout, or event item unless the pack states that it does. Pack contents are based on the odds shown in-game.

    We can’t review account-specific rewards, drop rates, or compensation requests on the forums, and please don’t post your UID or account details publicly.
    Constructive reports of missing rewards are welcome, but duplicate compensation posts may be merged or removed. Please respect our rules and do not spam repeated posts or threads.

    "I am still waiting for a response from the EA technical team. My UID is attached and I have clear records of all these 142+ packs with zero rewards. Please check if there is a regional bug or an account-specific probability error."

    Hi EA Team,

    I am a loyal daily player for over 2 years. I am reporting a serious technical bug in my account's reward system. Recently, I opened 142+ packs across multiple events (92 in Legends and 50 in TOTS) but received ZERO rewards.

    I already contacted EA Support (Anubhav), and my case is being sent to the research team. I am posting here to ensure this pattern is investigated.
