All the issues you mention seems to be related to typical APK Cheating mod app users blocking your normal gameplay! If you look-up what these cheating mod apps can do you will notice that it is everything you describe: defenders not willing to defend, faults done by counterplayer not given, opponent scoring in offside, your defenders not willing to move, etcetera. Now these cheaters have the possibility to freeze your virtuel joystick!! I had this problem the last 2 weeks, my joystick did not want to move, some buttons like second defender was activated while I did not even touch it!!! This game is not playable anymore.
