A Nation’s Story: NED Selectable Gift” Not Unlocking!!

Dear EA Support Team,

 

I am writing to express my growing frustration with how this issue has been handled. I have already purchased 5 A Nation’s Story: NED Shard Packs, which — according to your own in-game description — should automatically unlock the free “A Nation’s Story: NED Selectable Gift” pack. Despite fulfilling these requirements days ago, the pack is still locked.

 

I have contacted support multiple times, yet instead of receiving an actual solution, I was repeatedly given generic template instructions such as restarting the game or reinstalling the app. I followed every single step you asked for, and none of them resolved the problem.

 

What makes this even more frustrating is the kind of questions your support team asked afterward.

Even after I provided my Player ID, which should allow you to instantly view my full transaction history, I was still asked completely unnecessary questions such as:

 

  • “What time did you make the purchase?”
  • “How much did you pay?”
  • “Which exact pack did you buy?”

 

 

These questions are illogical, repetitive, and frankly unacceptable. With my Player ID, your system should automatically show everything — timestamps, purchase logs, price, and pack type. Why am I being asked to manually answer things your database already knows?

 

To make matters worse, after wasting several days, I was told to “share this problem in the forums,” which is not an acceptable solution for a paid content issue.

 

At this point, I expect immediate and direct action, not another scripted response.

 

Please do one of the following without delay:

 

  1. Manually unlock the “A Nation’s Story: NED Selectable Gift” pack on my account; OR
  2. Provide appropriate compensation for the reward I have fully earned and should already have access to.

 

 

I have supplied clear screenshots proving that the requirement has been met, yet the reward remains locked. There is absolutely no reason for this to continue unresolved.

 

I expect a real resolution, not another template reply, and certainly not more unnecessary questions

    I bought all five packs at once. Does buying five in one transaction count as only one purchase?

    If that’s the case, it’s really unfair for me as a customer, because I followed all the requirements and still didn’t receive the free pack.

    This is a huge loss for me. Is there any solution that EA can offer to fix this?

    Ok - one question as well - did you buy five seperate packs, or buy five in one go - because I have seen that not register before??

  • Hi mate - the forums can’t help you with account questions - unfortunately you need to persist with customer service … a word of advice though, don’t use the word bug, do highlight that you have purchases not received … when you say “bug” they just send you here, which is not much use unless it is indeed a universal bug issue.

    I will raise the pack unlock issue with the dev team to see if it is a common issue, but you would think there would be a lot more posts if it was … nevertheless, I will pass it on
