Cant play on any mode

@EASFCMOBILE im not able to play on any mode from yesterday because the game crashes right before the match begins🤦🏽‍♂️ after downloading 100%. This is on all modes. 

It says resource download error & matchmaking failed. & also the 'matchmaking failed' games are recorded as loses🤦🏽‍♂️

Also  it wont open future stars box & the game freezes completely after i tap. Pls help

    hmmm. Weird, didn't have any issues with EA servers in the past few days. What's your mobile device? What OS is it running, and does your device have enough space on it? Etc.
    You could try downloading the Bluestacks mobile device emulator and installing FCM there, it will either rule out your device or point it to it.

    I was unable to log into my account for 3days because it kept saying 'network connection issue'🤦🏽‍♂️ despite me having excellent Internet. Iyesterday i was able to log in but right now im not able to log back in again🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️.

    I was unable to log into my account for 3days because it kept saying 'network connection problem' & download overtime 🤦🏽‍♂️ despite me having excellent Internet. Iyesterday i was able to log in but right now im not able to log back in again🤦🏽‍♂️. Now Its saying 'server connection problem'  the game wont even open

    Thanks for the extra details. Since you’re getting the same “download overtime / network connection problem” across multiple EA games even after reinstalling, this points more to a local network/ISP routing issue than a device storage or a single-game install.

    Could you please test on a different network/ISP to confirm?

    • Try switching Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data
    • If possible, try a different Wi-Fi (friend/work) or a mobile hotspot from another carrier/phone

    Also worth trying quick network fixes:

    • Fully reboot your phone, then power-cycle your router/modem (unplug 60 seconds)
    • Turn VPN/Proxy/Ad-block/Private DNS off (if enabled)
    • Disable Data Saver and make sure FC Mobile is allowed background data
    • On Samsung: Settings → General management → Reset → Reset network settings
  • I uninstalled & reinstalled cleared cache numerous times. I downloaded konami & it played perfectly. I cant play Fc mobile, nba, nfs all these 3 games say the same thing when i open 'server connection issue'

    What region are you in? Also, the fact that turning the VPN on allows you to play means one of two things.

    Your ISP is blocking or throttling traffic to EA's servers (common with some providers on certain ports or during peak times, or due to routing/peering problems to EA's data centres).

    Your modem/router has a bad NAT/firewall entry, port mapping issue, or UPnP failure that's blocking the outbound connection to EA's servers. A VPN bypasses your local NAT/firewall and your ISP's restrictions by tunnelling the traffic.
