Did not receive the UTOTS CELEBRATION package after paying for it

EA HELP I need help so I've bought the UTOTS celebration pack but after I paid for it I didn't get the package and I've tried to reload the game and my HANDPHON I've even waited 2 days but still can't get it and have to pay again so please fix it and this is my [removed for account safety]
