EA Account Banned ..

Why did EA ban my EA account and say that it's for violating the rules or user agreement while I didn't even log into the game for a week and I never did anything wrong or even used any cheats or did any violation , I don't understand why did my EA account even got banned meanwhile my actual fc mobile account is still ok and I can log into fc mobile and play the game normally but its just my EA account which got banned , btw I use a temporary mail from a random website but I can actually save the email and password and use it anytime and it works as just an inbox and I don't understand where is the problem and why would I even get banned btw I tried to appeal my ban but my first appeal got rejected immediately after several seconds only and I don't think that a real human really reviewed my appeal and did that and my second appeal is there left for nearly 2-3 weeks without even any action taken ..

I hope I get a solution for my problem ASAP please .. ( I am writing that from my alternative EA account because I can't use my actual account that got banned)

    Unfortunately, we aren't able to escalate or support appeals here on the forums, as we don't have the necessary tools or records. If you've followed these steps to create an appeal, you're on the right track! The team's response time depends on the number of cases they are actively investigating at the moment. This review is conducted manually by a human advisor, and once the team has updates on your case, they will reach out to you via email.

    In the meantime, you can keep an eye on the status of the appeal on your case history page. If the status is Transferred or Waiting on Studio, then the appeal is still under review and has been passed along to the right team. Cases under those statuses can take longer, so please avoid resuming the appeal until you receive a response to prevent any additional delays. We appreciate your patience while they're taking a look!

    Can you tell me if using a temp mail to make an EA account is considered as a violation ???

    94t8m76kgv4t​ Sadly, we don't have insight into what specific action triggered the account action here on the forums, so we can't guarantee that the temporary email is the cause. However, the first clause of our User Agreement is that a valid email address must be used to create an EA account, so it could be a contributing factor for sure.
