Sanyosa is right. We can’t handle bans or appeals through the EA Forums.
Our Terms of Service team can take a look into a ban or suspension for you. It sounds like you're aware of what caused the ban, but if you believe there was some sort of mix-up in the application of that ban, send an appeal and it'll reach them.
This guide will help you learn how to reach out to them and includes some advice on filling out the web form to appeal to it.
