Keep on losing stars in division rivals unnecessarily

Hi I have been facing this problem most of time even though I am using wifi to play this game . Even though I have good mb/s and this still happens. The problem is while loading the game I gets kicked out to the home screen or the match doesn't start of my side and when I return I lose a star . Please do something about this
