Lagging and stuttering

My game in both head to head matches and versus attacks is seriously not good for now a long period of time 😑 

It lags ...stutters which makes it unfavourable for me to play ....plz I have tried each and everything uninstalling and reinstalling it but the issue is still the same which means the issue is not with my phone but the sever game it's self .

I am using Samsung galaxy 14 and I have over 88GB worth of storage remaining on my phone so plz help me fix the issue plz .

And also fix the issue of not giving me scouting tickets
