Hi there, and thanks for reaching out. I’ve put together a few steps you can try if you’re unable to log in. Give them a go and let us know if anything changes:
- Switch your connection (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data, or try a different Wi-Fi network)
- Restart your phone
- Change your phone language to English, then relaunch the game
- Clear the cache
