Match Bug - commentators speak and match doesn't load or loads a black screen

Hi, i play FC Mobile and i've been getting this bug every 3/4 matches where the comentators start speaking and the match doesn't start or this other one where the match starts but i get a sort of a "black screen" (attached image). It's really annoying. My device: Realme 7 Pro. Last time it happened: 21:35 (Paraguay, Central Time)

I really want to add the video of the first bug but i can't.
