Matches not loading

Hi, I’m experiencing a serious bug on FC Mobile. Offline matches like Challenge mode/Events get stuck at 100% loading. I’ve tested this on both my iPhone 8 Plus and Huawei Y9 Prime. Head to Head works fine. I’ve been missing out on UEL challenge mode due to this bug and want compensation and a fix ASAP. Please help, it’s unfair to lose rewards due to this.
