Pack opening

Anytime I open a reward,I think my game crashes,it starts show the loading icon leaving me stuck there for like 20 minutes

    Hi! Sorry to hear that your game is crashing while opening packs. Please try the following steps and see how that goes. 

    1. Force close FC Mobile and relaunch the game.
    2. Make sure you're on a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
    3. Check that you're using the latest version of FC Mobile from your device's app store.
    4. If the issue continues, clear the game's cache (Android) or reinstall the game after ensuring your account is linked so your progress is saved.
    5. Free up some storage space on your device
    6. Lower the in-game graphics settings and then try opening the reward again.
