Problem in Dia De Muertos event

I have Problem in Dia De Muertos event

I can not claim rewards.

I have the points needed.

when I click the reward, the message appears; " Purchase limit exceeded. please adjust quantity before buying"

the problem remains the same after clearing cache and restarting the device

@mahercharkieh well that’s no fun at all - contact customer service via the in game settings menu and tell them you have rewards not received
