My FC Mobile account has been banned for 672 hours. I've appealed several times, but they've been rejected, citing cheating that harmed other players. I've never cheated and don't know how. I'm truly confused and disappointed. Is EA incapable of properly detecting cheating, and therefore accepting any reports from other players? I feel wronged, being slandered cruelly for something I didn't do?
In order for my account to be unblocked, what reasons should I make and submit when submitting an appeal?

They can review your appeal and check your account history. If your appeal has already been reviewed multiple times and was denied, we won’t be able to change that decision or share any additional details.
