hello, I also have the same problem as you, please tell me if you have fixed this button, I searched, I know, but I can't find anything

Has anyone found the problem about the 3 dots in the rite corner for subs cause all now I can't get the button but yet my son is able to make subs and I've actually invested money in this game with great subs but can't bring them in very annoyed
