Urgent Help! High-value account (50k FP/30B Coins) banned.

Dear Community Managers, My EA SPORTS FC Mobile account was recently banned due to an accidental refund issue. I want to clarify that I love this game and have NO intention of cheating or violating the TOS. Currently, my account still holds a massive legitimate balance about 50,000 FC Points and 30,000,000,000 Coins. I am completely willing to have EA directly deduct the refunded amount of FC Points or items from my current 50k balance to clear the debt. I have already submitted a web appeal form. My Case Number is 247280811. Could you please kindly escalate this case to the TOS team for a manual review? I really value this top-tier account and want to resolve the balance issue immediately. Thank you!

    Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we can't help with bans over the EA Forums. It sounds like you've already submitted a dispute so just keep an eye on your email. It usually takes ToS a couple of days to get back to you.

    Dear Manager Aljo, pls really give an urgent escalate to the case, cuz next Thursday UTOTS event is coming, already prepared Mbappe, CR7, messi, and others tots players for exchange, I can’t wait too long time to miss important coming event in the game, FC mobile is the No.1 game in my mind, my account starts many years ago, pls help I beg 🙏 😭
