Can’t download ps5 deluxe edition

Are you able to go to playstation.com and initiate the download of the Deluxe Edition there?

No I’m not. Very upsetting that the ps4 version works and pe5 doesn’t. Talked to Sony and they said it’s an ea issue and to contact them but no phone number can be found

There is no phone number for support. You can open a case here to get in touch with an advisor. They should check your entitlements to make sure you have access to the Deluxe Edition if that is what you purchased.

I click that and there is no place to open a case. I’ve been trying all day. This will be the last game I buy from ea!!

You need to select your game, platform and reason for contacting support. Did you try that?

Dude I ordered the game online via PlayStation store.  It won’t let me download it so I called PlayStation store.  And they are tell me it’s a problem on your end.  Go figure I’d imagine it’s a problem w your servers, just curious as to why inlaid 107 dollars for an early release game and cannot play it.  Your company and this game specifically has been horrible for the past 10 years and for whatever reason I keep buying it hoping you’re going to make it better. Once again super disappointed
