Sorry about that. Try power cycling your modem/router and restart your PC. Load back into Madden 25 and try again.
- @EA_Aljo I have tried that. I can launch madden . it will just not connect to the ea servers to play any of the features online.

As a test, can you switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot and see if it connects? That will help narrow down where the problem is.

What platforms are you playing on?
- @EA_Aljo i unfortunately do not have wifi I am only directly connected to the router there is no other option. I do not have any issues with any game besides madden

Do you have a mobile device that you can create a mobile hotspot on? That's what I'd like you to switch your connection to for this test.
- @EA_Aljo I do not have wifi support on my pc it is only from the Ethernet no wifi card at all
- @EA_Aljo I have tried all of those connection issues and not one of them has solved anything
I have done all of the trouble shooting steps and still nothing. On NCAA I can keep trying and it will eventually work. On Madden it hasn't worked in 4 days.
yea no help from them they told me to come here and post. so the good oh pointing fingers at each other
