Hi everyone, We're looking into the more recent reports we've been seeing of errors when trying to play a game in Online H2H. We've locked the original thread about these errors to help us better keep track of the reports that have been coming in since last month's title update. If you're still getting errors since the 19th of November, please reply to this thread with the following details: Which platform are you playing on? What is your Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID, EA Account ID, Steam ID, or Nintendo ID? What is the error message you've been seeing? Roughly when did the errors start happening for you? Are you only getting the error with Online H2H, or is it happening with other game modes? This info will be helpful for us to continue looking into these errors. Thank you!

EA its been 3 months you said u fixed this issue and its still on going. every time i go to play h2h I'm stuck in season 1 and can not play because of some error that pops up every time. take some initiative and get this solved or just give people their refunds

There's a bug attached to the most recent roster update where we're repeatedly promoted to "download the latest roster" to start a game. I presume it's an issue with the coding in the roster file. Most likely with the hash not lining up with what's presumed to be the "current file". I'd suggest either releasing a new update file IMMEDIATELY where the hash lines up, but testing in a VM first. If not, the best change management step would should be to roll back the update completely (meaning everyone would just have to play with last week's roster) and just wait til next Wednesday (since Thursday is a holiday) to properly release a new one. I'm sure you're showing that game activity has greatly decreased since Thursday night and this is why. What CANNOT happen...is what's happening now...no acknowledgement of the issue and waiting til Monday to do anything about it. And going forward, properly testing these roster files in a VM prior to release.

All they (EA Sports) care about is money. Only way to get their attention is to stop paying and playing. And dispute your credit card charges for any recent purchases related to areas of the game not working.

How about you guys resolve or acknowledge the superstar mode not working. This is ridiculous you guys aren’t doing anything or trying to update us on stuff. Stop ignorihn the **bleep** thing

being kicked backed to main menu after loading in H2H match no error message just stuck on loading screen
happened 2days ago was working fine
all other modes work
tried redownloading and other troubleshooting methods but nothing change

Head 2 head says servers cannot process request.
this has been happening since August. Or whenever the nfl rivalry jerseys were added to the game.
the errors are ONLY when trying to play online h2h

I purchased Madden NFL 26 and played without problems initially. For the past few months, whenever they try to play Online Head-to-Head Seasons, they get the error message: “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” The error occurs specifically when they press “Finish Event” for Season 1, which appears to be stuck and cannot be progressed. They have tried all common troubleshooting steps:

Uninstalling and reinstalling the game, Force-quitting the app on PS5, Unlinking and relinking their EA account …but the issue persists.
