WHY AM I AUCTION BANNED

I was banned for coin distribution or something but I never coin distributed and I was only just switching around theme teams like from the commanders to the raiders to the colts to the bucs now I wanted to go to patriots and I noticed all my 1.4M coins wiped my auction players wiped couldn't auction zyon mcollumn so if anyone can help me tell me how long im auction banned for or if theres a way to contact ea number wise because now I cant compete in Mut tourneys due to this and I cant play with my favorite streamer.
