They count on people screaming and then doing nothing. If enough people filed complaints with FTC then it would be impossible for them to avoid explaining how they are not only continually by choice releasing games with the same broken features they are very aware of. But also refusing to refund games that have broken features that have been documented all over the internet. A better choice would be for people to find the strength to not buy a single copy. Pandemic should of been a great teacher for what happens to companies when they literally lose every sent in sales. Prices plummet and they go belly up and if we cant seem to convince the NFL, NHL and other leagues to stop giving them the license. Put these guys out of business and the NFL will have no choice but to grant it elsewhere. Its not hard to say no. Its that or just keep getting ripped off screaming and buying. Its what they expect and its amusing to them. They dont fear the consumer, so nothing changes
it would take thousands of report to the FTC, and i highly doubt anyone is going to do it... so they win again
