PC version in unplayable state going on 2 weeks as of Nov. 4

I play Madden exclusively in franchise mode and it was running excellent until two weeks ago when the update completely nerfed perfomance. I went from triple digit FPS with ray-tracing and everything...

EA_Kent​ Big community manager guy. Where ya at? Community manager? Got a whole platform worth of people asking for an answer, a time line at least.

According to EAs' support, they have not finished investigating the issue and have no timeline. It has been two weeks, and they know nothing.
