PC version in unplayable state going on 2 weeks as of Nov. 4

I play Madden exclusively in franchise mode and it was running excellent until two weeks ago when the update completely nerfed perfomance. I went from triple digit FPS with ray-tracing and everything...

I had to login to the forums, just to say this is ridiculous. I haven't been able to play for 2 weeks now without stutters. Visual feedback doesn't fix this. What is going on?
