PC version in unplayable state going on 2 weeks as of Nov. 4

Question

I play Madden exclusively in franchise mode and it was running excellent until two weeks ago when the update completely nerfed perfomance. I went from triple digit FPS with ray-tracing and everything maxed on an ultrawide screen to a stuttering, unplayable mess no matter how low I put the settings.

Apparently all the other modes whether on or off-line are as equally unplayable. This is unacceptable. And in the middle of the NFL season. Why has it not been rolled back if they can't patch it? This is consumer fraud.

According to EAs' support, they have not finished investigating the issue and have no timeline. It has been two weeks, and they know nothing.&nbsp;
