Mass Effect™ Legendary Edition that I bought on steam has been claimed by another emailadress than my own and i can't play it. it does not show up in my library

How you get this one solved depends on where the game was purchased. If the game was purchased through the EA store or the EA app, you would need to reach out to Live Support, and they can check the key you have.
If it was purchased through Steam or another retailer, you would need to reach out to that retailer, as we cannot change those keys on an account unless it was your account, and the key was purchased through the EA store.
