Hello @KSoSmmc
Have you tried to Repair Game via Origin client https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/i-cannot-load-my-game-from-origin-or-i-am-having-issues-in-game/ ?
What error message you are getting?
Also, try to enable V-sync in the video settings and Test. If this won't help you, try a clean boot on your PC https://help.ea.com/tr/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
thanks for the advise
but sadly it didnt work because i cant get in to video settings, i tried the other two and they didnt work either

Can you please try to disable "Origin in game" in Application Settings of Origin client and run Origin as Administrator?
i tried it and it still hasnt worked the same error keeps happening
Please create a DxDiag in text file format, also go to your Reliability monitor (Press the windows key and "R" at the same time and copy or type "perfmon /rel" (without the quotes) in > ENTER and look if it has ME2 entries.
If yes double click at the last one, copy it to the clipboard, (Bottom left corner) save it to a text file and load it up together with the DxDiag. You can do that with the "choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

If you have Mass effect Trilogy ,please try this:
- In binaries directory:
- Rename MassEffect2.exe as MassEffect2Launcher.exe
- Rename ME2Game.exe as MassEffect2.exe
thanks for that advise but im having trouble doing it
i tried that and it hasnt changed anything
What kind of trouble? Feel free to ask if anything is unclear.
I dont understand how to use DxDiag
