Mass Effect 3 - Online Pass

I was referred here from the EA Support Chat and told to post here so a community manager can assist me in resolving this issue.

I recently downloaded a DLC for the Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer and it disabled my Online pass. This is a shame because I really enjoy the mass effect multiplayer and would love to play more. 

I've tried contacting support over chat but was referred here. Any advice or assistance would be golden.

    EA_Shepard​ You are amazing! It's all connected to the EA servers again and I'm able to get into Multiplayer! Thank you so so much!

    Lemme know if there's anything else you need/want me to do to round this off.

    EA_Shepard​ , I'm sorry to bother you I don't know if I should have created another thread or even how to create one, I have the exact same problem that is described in this post, I have played multiplayer in the past but now it says "An online pass is required to access online features in this game." Thank you for your time and any help that you are able to provide.

    So I have Mass Effect 3 on my EA account for a while now, I have played online in the past but now when I installed the game and selected Multiplayer it gave me the note saying:

    "An online pass is required to access online features of the game."

    I have tried:

    Uninstalling and re-installing the game.

    Repairing the game and clearing the cache.

    Deleting my EA License Files and clearing my temp files.

    If someone could help with my problem I would greatly appreciate it since I have been at this for days without no solution. Thank you for your time and any help or answers that you can provide.
