Mass Effect 3 can't access multiplayer.
Hi, I'm still getting an issue with Mass Effect 3 multiplayer where it says I don't have access, but I did before I ever used gamepass/EA play.
Since that expired though, I can no longer access MP.
I need someone to have a look for me. I've tried things in the other threads where you refresh the licences which haven't worked.
I did try this in the past, and thought after a lot of time it would maybe sort itself out, but it's still causing an issue.
EA_Shepard any chance you can have a look for me again please?
Managed to get through to live chat. I used incognito on EA and managed to log another ticket, then went to live chat. I wonder if the EA site has cookies that detect if you've already logged an issue and then they say an advisor can't help.
Live chat sorted it out. They asked me to exit EA, log out and log back in. I also tried deleting the licence file trick and it now works.
It's saying I have an issue with the From Ashes DLC, but as long as multiplayer works that's fine. This thread can be locked.
