Community ManagerSurox_Tori Hey, so this is a very old bug that sadly has no real update on it for a while. If you have not made any account changes to your EA account or Steam account like unlinking the two, it is a sync issue. You can reset the password to the EA account, and then launch the game through Steam and play a few rounds but ultimately you have to wait for the servers to play catch up and sync again.
