Mass Effect 3 unable to authorize DLCs & online pass

Hello, I recently reinstalled ME3 after a couple years for the multiplayer, when opening the game i was greeted by a message saying that it was unable to authorize a bunch of DLCS listed, then multiplayer is also inaccessible and is asking me for an online pass.
(see attached screenshots)

I already reached out to support 3 separate times for this, the first 2 told me to basically f off and go ask steam, the 3rd had me delete the dlc files and repair the game install, which I read here worked for others but sadly not for me as I still got the same errors. I also tried deleting the license folder which also didn't work.

Hope someone here can provide other fixes or tips that I could try, many thanks! :)

Hello, sorry for the late reply, I was out of town for a few days, I did a repair on the game install on steam and I'm still getting the online pass message, I also followed the steps you linked for the DLC error, I deleted all the DLC files, then I launched the the game, without and then repairing the game install just to check, and I still got the error both times.

    MyAimIsCr4p Hey,

Can you run a repair on your game for me, and then launch it again and see if you get the Online Pass error first?

If you do not, it should fix the DLC error. However, with that error, it can be tricky. With the DLC error, follow the steps for that part here: [PC] Mass Effect Unauthorized DLC Error

    Please clear your temp files:

    • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time to open the Run dialog box.
    • Into the new window, type or copy & paste:  "%temp%"  (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
    • Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
(If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)

    Then:

    • Go here and download "Revo Uninstaller. (The freeware version, Portable version works too.)
    • Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall EA app.
    • At the end of the main uninstall, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use. > Select "Advance" > Browse.
    • If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next
    • When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed > Select All > Delete.
    • Restart the PC
    • Download a new EA app setup exe from here. (Do it even if you already have the installer!)
    • Install EA app.
    • Run EA app as Administrator > Click the EA app shortcut on your desktop > Run as Administrator.
    • Test.
