With this error, the chatbot cannot resolve it, as it is an account-based issue that has to be resolved through Live Support. Unlike a billing issue, for example, the chatbot cannot verify or make the changes it needs to resolve this. You would need to contact support and have an advisor review the account with you, then update it on their end.
When you are on the help site, follow these steps:
- In the search bar, type in "find missing content."
- Click the link to the article How to find your missing EA in-game content
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Contact us."
- In the chat window, proceed through the missing content questions.
- List Mass Effect Andromeda.
- Type in PC for the platform.
- It will confirm missing content.
- Once this information is provided, you should see a chat option to connect with an advisor.
The key to this error, as with the Mass Effect 3 Online Pass, is that we need all players to connect with support first. We need cases set up, and support will try to resolve this first.
Remember, a CM is not live support. We cannot verify or make account changes as live support does. The faster this happens, the faster we get players back into the game.
